An untargeted metabolomics data processing and analysis workflow using open source tools. We have developed this workflow with investigating effects of environmental stressors on plant metabolomes but it is widely adaptable. Techniques covered include MALDI-ToF, direct injection ESI-MS, UPLC-ESI-MS.
